Projector Rentals • Screens • P.A. SystemsAthens Video has a full set of equipment for most types of audio-visual presentations. You can rent an entire package for the weekend or just 24 hours. We can deliver, set it up, and break it down, or you can do it all yourself. We also provide free on call tech support if you are having trouble with your set up. All rentals must be returned before noon of the next day (Monday for weekend rentals). If you are unsure of how to operate the equipment, we will be glad to give you a quick tutorial upon pick up.
Disclaimers- Athens Video cannot be held responsible for presentation problems that occur when introducing non-Athens Video equipment in set up.
- Athens Video cannot be held responsible for projector bulbs that burn out during a presentation. We will make every effort to supply a replacement projector if possible. Projector bulbs are very expensive and replacement bulbs cannot be included in the rentals. - You will be responsible for returning all items you rent including cables and adapters. You will be billed for any items not returned. - Payment is due on or before pick up of equipment.. - Clients will be charged on a daily basis for all late returns of equipment. The charge will be equivalent of the rental rate. |
