Option 1: Top of the line, starting from scratch video 
  • 4 events (up to 2 hours each if needed)
  • 4 hours of interviews at house
  • Voice over recording of your script. The voice over can be used for the whole video or mixed with interviews.
  • Graphics package. 
  • Editing of video (including your photos, titles, music (picked by you), logos, etc)
  • 3 rounds of revisions
  • Final DVD or MP4 file

Option 2: Top of the line, starting from scratch, but not as much videography
  • 2 events (up to 2 hours each if needed)
  • 3 hours of interviews at house
  • Voiceover recording (you have to write the script still). The voiceover can be used for the whole video or mixed with interviews.
  • Graphics package. 
  • Editing of video (including your photos, titles, music (picked by you), logos, etc)
  • 3 rounds of revisions
  • Final DVD or MP4 file

Option 3: Update last year's video with new videography and photos
  • 2 events (up to 2 hours each if needed)
  • 3 hours of interviews at house
  • Voiceover recording (you have to write the script still). The voiceover can be used for the whole video or mixed with interviews.
  • Graphics package. 
  • Editing of video (including your photos, titles, music (picked by you), logos, etc)
  • 3 rounds of revisions
  • Final DVD or MP4 file

Option 4: Touch up last year's video, but not too much involved
  • Call for custom quote
  • These edits can usually be done with an initial edit session with the editor.
  • Perfect option for sororities with small needs, or who have their own video and only need some minor editing
  1. If desired, we'll have an initial meeting with the Philanthropy Chair or representative and discuss the content of the video
  2. If needed, film events over the course of the year.
  3. Film interviews with sisters discussing the various subjects to be included in the video.
  4. Near end of semester, begin editing of video using photos, video (including your national video, if desired), and music.
  5. Using the internet, we upload edits for you to preview and make corrections. Once finalized, we send a "final" version to Panhellenic Council to approve. If there are changes to be made, we make them.
  6. After the video has been made and shown, we keep all the material on hand so that the following year, instead of doing an entire new video, we can periodically update the video as information changes and sisters move on.
