As part of our commitment to you, the following services are usually provided at no extra cost. In some cases, and as indicated, some of these services are not included because they are not needed. 

  • Clear and concise consultation  about your project on the phone or in our office. If needed, we will travel to your location in order to meet with you.
  • Free Line-item estimates
  • Secure storage in a fire-safe box for items such as photographs or tapes.  
  • Locked storage for archived legal videos
  • Multiple back-ups for projects in progress. If your project is located on hard drive that fails, we will be able to restore it with the back-up. 
  • Up to 6 months storage of project on hard drive, in case an immediate revision is needed
  • Permanent back-up of all project files on large capacity Blu-Ray discs for large projects. After a 6 month period, your project may be backed up permanently and can be restored when needed.
  • Permanent archiving of final CD or DVD.  For all projects, excluding most tape transfers, your final product will be in our permanent archives in case you need more copies. It will also be input into our database for quick retrieval using our database numbering system.
  • Free online preview using a unique client page. The client page can be password protected, set to private, and can have link that will allow you to download your video.
  • Quality Control: In addition to a client preview, all projects will be checked for errors by someone who did not work on the project. QC includes spelling errors, DVD navigation errors, video playback problem, disc check for duplications, and other items. If any errors do make it through, they will be corrected at no extra cost.
  • Telephone or email  support: Please contact us if you have any problems. We are glad to help.
  • Work orders for most videography jobs with complete information. For each videography job, we create a detailed work order. If you do not receive one, please contact us. We do not always send them out, but we will at your request.
  • Full rights to your project: We do not put copy restrictions on the DVDs if you wish to copy them yourself. You also own the rights to your project for duplication purposes. Some restrictions apply in cases depending on content.
  • Free Mousepads while supplies last. Please ask for one if you do not receive one.
