We filmed today at Turner Field for some television commercials starring an Atlanta Braves pitcher. I don't know that I can say who the player is - but hopefully you will see the footage on TV for Landmark Dodge in Athens, Ga. And if you are looking for a new car, you should visit these folks because they have some pretty sweet Chargers over there.

We just completed a great video for Burton and Burton, for their 30th Anniversary celebration they had at the Classic Center last weekend. Of course, it's easy to make a video if you have a lot of material to work with, and they provided lots of photos and interview material. We worked with Steve Rose, the Media and communications manager at B+B, who came up with the concept.

We had the pleasure last Thursday to film Cirque Motion at the Morton Theatre. It's hard to describe what they do, but they do it very well. Humor, juggling, acrobatics - and entertaining for the whole family. They asked us to film their show in Athens and provide them with some footage so that they could create a demo video later. We did a two camera shoot using the Sony EX3 and the Sony FS100, set to match color profiles. They were great to work with and hopefully we will see them back in Athens soon!

July 21st 2012, We helped film the Boomer's Sports Discussion Panel at the Boys and Girls Club in Athens, Ga. The set up was intense! We did a two camera shoot, and had a crazy audio system. WIRES EVERY WHERE! As a team, we handle the situation very well. We man the cameras, and control the mixer.
We learned a lot about the speakers on the panel, and we were really glad we had the opportunity to film this occasion. We would like to thank  Madeline Darnell who helps coordinate Boomers, and the speakers: James Banks, Wayne Swingford, Richard Hudson, Kent Lawerence, and Ron Harry Skyward.
We love to learn about our past and have the able to preserve it for the future. That's what we do at Athens Video, capturing history.
