Our senior editor, Carlin, created this motion graphics PSA on septic tank systems for the UGA Marine Extension Service (UGA MAREX). MAREX is a combination of programs, research, and education, geared toward improved sustainability and environmental consciousness of marine industries and coastal ecosystems. This PSA is an effort to make the public more conscious of maintaining their home septic tank systems. Did you know it is recommended to have your system checked and pumped every 3-5 years? Routine maintenance at this interval not only protects your home septic drainfield but also improves the efficiency and increases the lifespan of your septic system.
Clarke Central and Cedar Shoals High School Graduation DVDs are ready. If you paid to have them mailed to you, then you should receive your DVD soon. If you pre-paid, you may stop by our office during normal hours to pick up. If you did not prepay, but would like copies, we will have copies available, so please just stop by at your convenience and pick one up. All DVD copies are $5 each.
